A fact-finding team of the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education has indicted employees for a goof-up in a Class XII exam. The English exam, scheduled for March 8, was rescheduled after teachers of a Chamba school 'mistakenly' opened the question paper a day before the exam was to be held. The Secretary said he would issue show-cause notices.
