Himachal Pradesh AICC in-charge Rajeev Shukla said that the state government's orders for eateries to display the names of owners shouldn't be connected to Uttar Pradesh. He said that Himachal government did so to make sure only authorised persons could set up shops. Earlier, UP government ordered a similar diktat amid reports of spitting and mixing of urine in eatables.
