Raghubir Singh of Kangra’s Mohatli village regained ancestral land after a 14-year legal battle ending in court orders up to the High Court. After taking possession, he fenced the land and dumped muck, blocking a key road linking Mohatli, Pathankot via Dahkulara. Residents and industrial units have been affected as the PWD has moved the Supreme Court challenging the ruling.
