Himachal Pradesh's Kangra district voted out the ruling BJP. The population-wise largest district sends 15 legislators to the 68-member house. The district also has the highest number of swing voters (those who change their choice every five years). The Congress won 10 seats in the district, while the BJP has been reduced to four seats.
