The Gangotri, Yamunotri and Bandarpunch ranges of the Himalayas were visible from Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur, which is situated 200 km away. This comes after the city witnessed low pollution and dust levels following heavy rains. The mountain peaks were visible from Saharanpur for the first time after 30 years during the lockdown in 2020.
