Hims & Hers agreed to buy Eucalyptus for up to $1.15 billion to expand into Australia and Japan. The deal aims to strengthen its global presence in the UK, Germany, and Canada. Eucalyptus CEO Tim Doyle will join Hims as an SVP of International. Shares rose 3.4% pre-market.
