Hind Rectifiers Limited reported a 64.2% year-on-year revenue increase to ₹277.4 crore for Q3FY26. Nine-month revenue surged 52.9% to ₹719.3 crore, while PAT rose 49.3% to ₹40.5 crore. With a robust ₹1,013 crore Order Book, the company approved a 1:1 bonus share issuance to reward shareholders and improve liquidity through FY27.
