A Hindu man from Karnataka’s Gadag district has filed a police complaint alleging that his Muslim wife’s family coerced him into an Islamic wedding ceremony and pressured him to convert to Islam, despite their earlier registered marriage under the Special Marriage Act. His complaint came after a video of his Nikah went public.
