Hindustan Unilever on Thursday said it has received an income tax assessment order along with a demand notice worth ₹1,559.69 crore for the financial year 2021-22. The order relates to transfer pricing adjustments and corporate tax disallowances, according to a filing. Shares of the company dipped 0.6% to around ₹2,372.3 intraday on Friday.
