Police held a man named Gabbar Ahmed Idris alias Mohammad Arif (30) in Mumbai for running an illegal pay-and-park racket near Dindoshi court. Businessman Attar Rabbani (45) filed complaint against Idris after he threatened to kill Rabbani for refusing to pay him ₹100 parking charges for the day. Police said many attempted theft and dacoity cases are filed against Idris.
