A 34-year-old man in the US' Idaho has been imprisoned for at least 30 years for attempting to spread HIV through sexual contact. Alexander Louie admitted to being sexually involved with 30 to 50 men and boys, including a 16-year-old. He deliberately hid from his partners he was HIV positive in order to infect them.
