The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is preparing proposals for a 2.65 km four-lane cable-stayed bridge over Mir-Alam Tank in Bahadurpura. Estimated at ₹363 crore, this bridge will connect Chinthalmet Road and the Hyderabad-Bengaluru highway. It follows the iconic bridge on Durgam Cheruvu and includes lakefront beautification and tourism infrastructure.
