Honda has unveiled the N-ONE e, a lightweight kei EV priced at 2.7 million yen ($18,300), offering 295 km range-well above Nissan's Sakura at 180 km. Kei cars form a third of Japan's market,and Honda aims to drive wider EV adoption from this segment. Competition is heating up with Suzuki-Toyota and BYD planning launches.
