Honda Motor and LG Energy Solution on Tuesday said that they will build a new joint venture $4.4 billion plant to produce batteries for electric vehicles in US' Ohio. The companies had announced the plans for this last year, but had not revealed a location. The companies are planning to begin the construction of the new plant in early 2023.
