Former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez was released from US on Sunday after President Donald Trump pardoned him from serving a 45-year prison sentence for drugs and arms trafficking. He was captured in Honduras in 2022 and extradited to US. Hernandez served as President of Honduras from 2014 to 2022, where he will face charges of fraud and money laundering.
