India is actively engaged in trade talks with the US and hopes to conclude them "sooner than later" to restore deeper market access for domestic exporters, Commerce Secretary Rajesh Agarwal said. He added that despite challenges, Indian exporters have maintained their exports in the US market. So far, six rounds of negotiations have been held between the two nations.
