Hormuz reopening without transit fees & mine clearance likely after proposed US-Iran deal

A US official said US-Iran agreement that is taking shape will require Iran to reopen Strait of Hormuz without any transit fees while US will simultaneously lift naval blockade. The US officials said next phase will be "demining of straits". The reports suggest draft proposals include Iran getting access to frozen assets and waivers on sanctions affecting Iranian oil exports.
