A horse in Atladara fell nearly six feet into a stormwater drain after an RCC maintenance cover collapsed beneath it. Fire department personnel launched a challenging four-hour rescue operation, breaking concrete slabs to reach the trapped animal. The horse was eventually rescued with only minor injuries.
