'Hotel Costa Verde' in Costa Rica features a two-bedroom suite inside a refurbished Boeing 727 airplane from 1965. The airplane was brought from San Jose Airport and was restored and assembled on a 50-foot pedestal. The structure includes a bathroom inside the cockpit and two private balconies on top of the wings.
