Speaking about the fire at a hotel in Delhi's Malviya Nagar, an eyewitness said the building has an electronic main gate, which is kept shut at night. "When the fire started, the power went out, and the gate got blocked, trapping people inside," the eyewitness added. The fire broke out at around 8:50 am in the hotel's restaurant.
