Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday announced that the Cabinet has approved changes to Haryana Civil Services Rules, 2016. "In the event of death of government employee during service, the deceased's family...will receive a housing allowance for a period of two years," he said. Additionally, family can retain government accommodation for two years by paying the normal license fee.
