Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen have emailed shipping companies and warned them against using Saudi Arabian ports, adding that "[Ships] ‌may be subject to targeting in any location within the operational reach of Yemeni Armed Forces". The Houthis have declared a naval blockade against Saudi Arabia, calling it an "eye for an eye" move after tensions recently escalated between the two.
