In 2005, Nitesh Agarwal found an exporters' directory in a garbage bin near his house. What started as some random calls is now a ₹7 crore Chikankari garments export business. He sells handcrafted embroidered sarees, kurtis, shoes, and other items in 40 countries. Nitesh also provides livelihood to 2,000 women artisans while promoting the 17th-century craft.
