WhatsApp users can now automatically silence calls from unknown numbers. The option will be available under privacy section of settings on the app. Selecting the 'Silence unknown callers' option will no longer allow such WhatsApp calls to ring on the user's phone. WhatsApp will automatically screen out spam, scams, and calls from unknown people for users who select this feature.
