US Supreme Court's decision to strike down Donald Trump's tariffs was based on a lawsuit filed by US-based, import-dependent toy company Learning Resources. The company argued in the lawsuit, filed in April 2025, that tariffs would hurt small businesses. "They have a record of what they took...just reverse the gears...and give my money back," Learning Resources CEO Rick Woldenberg said.
