How did Jesus de Miguel suffer fatal collision on the pitch?

Spanish footballer Jesus de Miguel, 30, died after suffering a severe collision during CD Tenerife's match vs FC Andorra in LaLiga Hypermotion. As both players challenged for a high ball near the halfway line, goalkeeper Jesus Owono's knee struck Miguel's chest and face. He was taken to hospital and initially stabilised, but his condition deteriorated overnight due to neurological complications.
