Bilal Ahmad Teli, a 22-year-old man, was arrested last week for posing as student and illegally residing at IIT Bombay for 14 days. An IIT employee found him sleeping on sofa on June 26. The employee asked him who he was, but Teli ran away without answering. After this, officials, through CCTV, discovered that Bilal wasn't a student.
