How did the other Ramsar Sahib near Punjab's Doraha get its name?

While Ramsar Sahib in Amritsar is associated with Guru Arjan Dev's compilation of the Adi Guru Granth Sahib, another Ramsar Sahib is located in the village of Bilaspur near Doraha in Punjab. The gurdwara is built around a sarovar believed to have been created after Guru Hargobind halted there in 1630. Locals say the sarovar, named after Ramsar Sarovar in Amritsar, has never dried up.
