How far does reputation of a last name extend?: HC on Aaradhya's 'Bachchan' trademark plea

While examining Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's daughter Aaradhya's lawsuit, Delhi HC asked how far the reputation attached to a famous last name can extend across generations. The lawsuit, filed by Aaradhya through Abhishek, sought removal of false videos claiming she was critically ill and trademark-like protection for Bachchan name. Her lawyer argued fake videos claimed she died.
