How has BJP’s vote share changed over past three elections?
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won 240 seats in the Lok Sabha 2024 elections with a vote share of 36.56%, as per Election Commission data. In the Lok Sabha 2019 elections, the BJP had won 303 seats with a vote share of 37.7%, while it had won 282 seats in Lok Sabha 2014 elections with a vote share of 31.34%.
