Nifty PSU Bank index rose around 16% over the last three months, surpassing Nifty Bank and Nifty 50, which jumped 7.3% and 4.3%, respectively, according to NDTV Profit. Over the past 12 months, Nifty PSU Bank index surged 39%, nearly double the 20.65% return delivered by Nifty Bank and almost three times the 10.79% gain in Nifty 50.
