Pragya Prasun was unable to complete bank's KYC as she's unable to blink following an acid attack and bank insisted she blinks to fulfil "live photograph" requirement. She was unable to get a SIM card for the same reason. She later filed a petition, which was clubbed with others and led to Supreme Court asking RBI to ease KYC norms.
