Lok Sabha is set to witness an election for Speaker post as NDA and I.N.D.I.A. bloc declared Om Birla and K Suresh as their respective candidates. A simple majority vote will take place to decide the winner. Voting will reportedly be held at 11 am on Wednesday. BJP-led NDA has 293 members in Lok Sabha, while Opposition has around 233.
