Assembling an F1 car before each race weekend takes two days, according to McLaren. The garage crew arrives at the location on Tuesday, with the build programme scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, the F1 team said. The team usually bring parts, not complete cars, while power units and tyres are delivered separately at the track, McLaren added.
