How many mangoes are too many mangoes?

Diabetes patients often avoid eating mangoes due to their high glycemic index. However, experts advise moderation and careful consumption. They advise not eating more than 100–150 gm of mangoes in one sitting, eating the whole fruit, and avoiding shakes or juices. "Everything can be taken in moderation. Fruits, especially seasonal fruits, are good for health,” said Dr. Richa Chaturvedi.
