How many times can a person withdraw from EPF under different categories?

Under EPF scheme, withdrawals are divided into three categories: essential needs, housing-related needs and special circumstances. Illness-related withdrawals have no limit. Withdrawals for education up to 10 times and for marriage up to five times during membership. Housing-related withdrawals are allowed up to five times and special-circumstance advances are allowed twice in a financial year.
