Attempts to induce rain through cloud seeding in Delhi weren't "completely successful" on Tuesday due to low moisture content, IIT-Kanpur Director said. The Delhi government approved the cloud seeding project on May 7, allocating ₹3.21 crore for five trials, bringing the cost of one cloud seeding attempt to roughly ₹64 lakh. The two attempts on Tuesday cost approximately ₹1.28 crore.
