Supertech collected around ₹180 crore after selling around 600 of the 915 flats in Noida's twin towers. The towers were built at an approximate cost of ₹70 crore. While Supertech has been asked to refund the homebuyers' money with a 12% interest, the Supreme Court also asked its Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to deposit ₹1 crore with the court's registry.
