Haldiram Foods International had a revenue of ₹3,622 crore in FY22, whereas Haldiram Snacks' revenue was ₹5,248 crore, taking revenue of the merged entity to ₹8,870 crore. This puts Haldiram's reported valuation demand at 10 times the sales of its business, which is around ₹83,000 crore. Earlier, Haldiram's denied reports of a 51% stake sale to Tata at $10-billion valuation.
