Twitter's new CEO Parag Agrawal will receive an annual salary of $1 million, plus bonuses, the company informed the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He'll receive restricted stock units valued at $12.5 million that'll vest in 16 equal quarterly increments, starting February 1, 2022. In April, the IIT-Bombay graduate will get performance-based restricted stock units valued at $12.5 million.
