How much visible fats does a person need as per guidelines for Indians?

Visible fat must be limited to 20-50gm per person/day depending on the level of energy (calorie) requirement. It is recommended that adult women or men with sedentary lifestyle limit daily fat intake to 20gm and 30gm of visible fat, respectively. Adult men and women with moderate physical activity may consume visible fat up to 40gm and 30gm, respectively.
