How much will it cost to make different types of UPI payments worth over ₹2,000?

The Centre has imposed a 0.4% MDR on UPI payments worth over ₹2,000 made to shops and businesses, also called P2M payments, capping it at ₹300 for transactions worth over ₹75,000. Railways, telecom, insurance and fuel sectors will pay a flat MDR of ₹5/transaction above ₹2,000. Mutual funds, securities and stock brokers will pay 0.02% MDR capped at ₹300.
