How NCERT will teach AI ethics and deepfakes detection in schools

NCERT's new AI module for high schoolers puts critical verification and digital safety at its core. Built alongside IIT experts, the course teaches students to spot deepfakes, guard personal data and navigate privacy risks. Learners are encouraged to question information and recognise algorithmic errors, emphasising human judgment, ethical responsibility and creative thinking must remain primary.
