How the Cyclones are named and why?

Cyclones in the North Indian Ocean are named by RSMC New Delhi and its 12 members. Each member sequentially names a cyclone, like 'Rimal' by Oman, following a set order. The next name, 'Asna,' was suggested by Pakistan, highlighting the collaborative effort in monitoring and predicting cyclonic activity in the region.
