IRCTC has warned about a ticket refund scam and has asked users not to believe Google Ads claiming to help people with refunds. "IRCTC never asks for personal banking info or to install remote control apps," government said in an X post. It added that IRCTC never calls and asks for OTP, PAN number, date of birth or more.
