How to prevent AI companies from reading your private ChatGPT, Claude chats?

A Moneycontrol report highlighted how OpenAI is hiring people to read and review ChatGPT chats to improve chatbot models’ behaviour and response quality. It said users can prevent AI companies from using chats on ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity. On ChatGPT, users can turn off “Improve the model for everyone”, while on Claude, they can disable “Help Improve our AI Models”.
