Special Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Ravindra Yadav called murder of UPSC aspirant Ramkesh Meena by forensic student Amrita Chauhan "one of the most perfectly planned murders". Fire at Meena's flat erupted minutes after Amrita and two masked men left the building. The police tracked her movements using her phone location and call records and arrested her in Moradabad.
