As per TCS' new policy, employees with less than 60% work from office attendance won’t be eligible for quarterly bonus. Employees with 75%-85% work from office attendance will receive 75% of their variable pay while those with 60%-75% attendance will get 50% of their variable pay. Employees with 85% and above in-office attendance will get 100% quarterly variable pay.
