Himachal panel urges timely use of public funds, audit resolution

Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly's Local Fund Accounts Committee Chairman Sanjay Rattan directed officials to resolve pending audit paras by December 31, submit utilisation certificates on time, and ensure government scheme benefits reach eligible individuals. He also proposed a 'one-time settlement' scheme for recovering outstanding dues from urban local body commercial premises.
