Himachal Assembly Speaker urges Gadkari for NH status on Dharamshala-Pangi road

Himachal Pradesh Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania met Union Minister Nitin Gadkari in New Delhi, urging NH (national highway) status for the Dharamshala-Pangi road, including a Chuwari-Chamba tunnel. He cited strategic military importance for troop movement near Pakistan and China borders. Gadkari said the proposal would be considered once new NH declaration guidelines are finalised.
